Process For Submitting Requests
If you wish to request to exercise any of these rights you may submit a request by emailing us at privacy@fourleafdata.com or calling us at (800) 360-6213.
At this time, we do not use any cookies or similar technologies on our Site for sales or targeted or cross-context behavioral purposes. Thus, if you broadcast the Global Privacy Control signal when visiting our Site, it will have no effect because the data collected from these technologies is already opted-out by default. Due to technological limitations and the nature of the personal information that we process for the Services, at this time all opt-out requests must be submitted using the email address or phone number listed above.
Upon receiving a request to know/access, delete, or correct, we are required to verify that you are the same consumer with whom we have the information in our systems. To verify your identity, we may require, for example, that you provide us with personal information that we can match to the personal information we maintain in our systems, or verify your identity by clicking on a link we send to the email address we have for you in our system.
You may also designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. If you choose to do so, we may require written proof that the agent is authorized to act on your behalf and other information permitted by law.
The rights described herein are not absolute and we reserve all of our rights available to us at law in this regard. Additionally, if we retain your personal information only in de-identified form, we will not attempt to re-identify your data in response to a privacy request.
We make every effort to respond to a verifiable consumer request within forty-five (45) days of its receipt. If we require more time (up to 90 days), we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing by email. We will deliver our written response by email.
You will not have to pay a fee to access your personal information (or to exercise any of the other rights). However, we may charge a reasonable fee or decline to comply with your request if your request is clearly unfounded, repetitive, or excessive.
If you wish to appeal our denial of your request, you may email us at privacy@fourleafdata.com or call us at (800) 360-6213. We will process your appeal in accordance with applicable state privacy law.
California’s “Shine the Light” Law
When you submit a request to opt-out of sales or sharing, as described above, we will also treat your request as a request to opt-out of disclosures of your personal information to third parties for those third parties’ own direct marketing purposes under California’s “Shine the Light” law.
Nevada Opt-Out
Nevada Revised Statutes Chapter 603A allows Nevada residents to opt-out of the sale of certain types of personal information. Subject to certain exceptions, Nevada law defines “sale” to mean the exchange of certain types of personal information for monetary consideration to another person. If you are a Nevada resident who wishes to exercise your “sale” opt-out rights, you may submit a request as outlined above.
Your Choices
In addition to the rights described above, you also have the following choices with respect to your personal information.
- Opt-Out of Marketing Emails. You may opt-out of marketing-related emails that you receive from us by clicking the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of the email or by contacting us as provided at the end of this Privacy Policy. You may still receive service-related and other non-marketing communications.
- Control Cookies & Browser Web Storage. Most browsers let you remove and/or stop accepting cookies from the websites you visit. To do this, follow the instructions in your browser’s settings. Many browsers accept cookies by default until you change your settings. If you do not accept cookies, however, you may not be able to use all functionality of the Site and it may not work properly. For more information about cookies, including how to see what cookies have been set on your browser and how to manage and delete them, visit https://www.allaboutcookies.org. Similarly, your browser settings may allow you to clear your browser web storage.
- Advertising Choices. You may be able to limit the use of your information for interest-based advertising by blocking third-party cookies in your browser settings, using browser plug-ins/extensions, and/or using your mobile device settings to limit the use of the advertising ID associated with your mobile device. You can also opt out of interest-based ads from our advertising partners who participate in the following industry opt-out programs by visiting the linked websites: the Network Advertising Initiative (http://www.networkadvertising.org/managing/opt_out.asp) and the Digital Advertising Alliance (https://optout.aboutads.info). In addition, some of the companies we work with may offer their own opt-out mechanisms.
Many of the opt-out preferences described in this section must be set on each device and/or browser for which you want them to apply. Please note that some of the advertising companies we work with may not participate in the opt-out mechanisms described above, so even after opting-out, you may still receive interest-based advertisements from other companies. If you opt-out of interest-based advertisements, you will still see advertisements online but they may be less relevant to you.

Some browsers may be configured to send “Do Not Track” signals to the online services that you visit. We currently do not respond to “Do Not Track” or similar signals. To find out more about “Do Not Track,” please visit http://www.allaboutdnt.com.
